With the presence of Dubai Future Foundation’s CEO, Khalfan Belhoul, Dubai Future Foundation (DFF) announced this month thelaunch of their new wellness program, Future Pulse. With the organization entering a rapid phase of growth and diversification, they have pledged their ongoing commitment to protecting their biggest asset - their people. The Future Pulse initiative addresses various aspects of wellbeing from physical and emotional to spiritual and social. At the heart ofthe initiative is the partnership with Switch & Co and the adoption of our digital employee wellbeing platform, Switch Wellness. Access to the platform allows DFF employees to manage their individual well-being journey, enabling their potential outside of the workplace. Other aspects of the platform include video-driven content, customized engagement tools, as well as targeted off-site activations to encourage and foster team-building and camaraderie within the organization.

"We are extremely proud to incorporate the Switch Wellness platform into DFF's program. Their forward-thinking vision is one that places significant care on the health and happiness of their people." - Enisa Glavovic, Wellness Director, Switch & Co.

Other areas of the Future Pulse initiative include ongoing health screenings, entry into various fitness challenges/ races, the provision of healthy food and snacks, as well as flexible working hours to allow for fitness activities.

At Switch & Co, we are honoured to be a part of shaping the way in which the country’s government organizations take care of their people under HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s vision of a happier and healthier Dubai.
